Beardsley is located on the prairie in northwestern Big Stone County near the Continental Divide, with agriculture taking center stage of this great community, showcased in part by the Beardsley Farmers Elevator Cooperative that grounds the skyline and rolling fields circling the town. They are part of the Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (CGB) school system – Go Wolverines and Buccaneers! Beardsley is proud of their local fire department and first responders, who can be found right on Highway 28 in their new headquarters. The locals love to frequent the Main Street establishments – Bobby Jo’s Cafe
and Big G’s Pub & Grub – for a tasty meal and good conversation.

Come to Beardsley every July to partake in Beardsley Days, an annual community celebration including a car show, parade, bingo, dance, and much more!
