When selling your home, property, or requiring a building permit outside of city limits requires a septic inspection. This will also depend on when the last inspection was for the septic system.
We are licensed/certified in designing and inspecting septic systems in Minnesota, through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Recertification is required every three years, taking classes instructed by the University of Minnesota.
Check with your County Environmental Services for grants and special loans for homeowners volunteering to upgrade septic systems.
